Hi, I’m Amber, founder of Lomax Leads.

My love for animals started long before I ever imagined owning a pet care business.

Growing up, I had an incredible Beagle called Buster, who wasn’t just a family pet—he was my best friend. He taught me about loyalty, unconditional love and the incredible bond we share with our animals. The memories I have with Buster are the reason I chose a career dedicated to caring for pets, and he remains the inspiration behind everything Lomax Leads stands for today.

When I created Lomax Leads, I wanted to build more than a dog walking and pet care business. I wanted to create a service that owners could trust completely—a business built on kindness, reliability, professionalism and genuine love for every animal in my care. Every pet I look after is treated as if they were my own, because I know just how much they mean to their families.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building lasting relationships with pets and their owners across the New Forest and surrounding Hampshire areas. Being trusted with someone’s beloved companion and their home is a responsibility I never take lightly, which is why I always strive to provide a service that is dependable, personal and of the highest standard.

Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always come first. I’m fully insured, qualified in Canine First Aid (Level 2 VTQ), and a proud member of the Pet Industry Federation. I’m also incredibly proud that Lomax Leads was recognised as a finalist in the 2026 UK Small Business Awards—an achievement that reflects the care, dedication and high standards that are at the heart of everything I do.

As Lomax Leads has grown, I’ve been fortunate to welcome my sister, Chrystal, to the team. Having trained alongside me, she shares the same passion, values and commitment to exceptional pet care. Together, we work hard to ensure every client receives the personal service and peace of mind that Lomax Leads has become known for.

I understand that leaving your pet in someone else’s care is a big decision. That’s why I believe communication, trust and consistency are just as important as the walks themselves. Whether it’s a countryside adventure, a comforting home visit or a house sit while you’re away, my goal is always the same—to ensure your pet is happy, safe and loved while giving you complete confidence that they’re in the very best hands.
